About Nora Gardner

I started my career in Investment Banking in New York City. When I received my first promotion, I wanted to revamp my wardrobe to reflect my new position but I couldn't find any styles that met my needs. Everything I found was either still too expensive for me, too revealing, too cheap, or too old fashioned. I wanted to look powerful, professional, and successful. The fact that I could not dress this way was frustrating, so I began to have my own clothes custom made. Soon my colleagues asked where they could buy my clothes and after being asked enough times, I decided to launch my own label. The rest is history.

I made the decision to leave my first career because I felt passionate about helping women feel empowered at work. My mission was, and still is, taking the stress out of getting dressed for work, and replacing that stress with a feeling of confidence.

Now I am pleased to expand our collection to both men and women working in many industries via our uniform business. We have doubled down on our commitment to sustainability by not only near-shoring and building long lasting products, but also now utilizing recycled materials to do our part to decrease the carbon footprint of the fashion industry.

WE’RE COMMITTED TO SUSTAINABILITY

Our products have been refined over 10+ years and have been engineered to last a lifetime with proper care.

Our core suiting collection, crafted from luxurious but highly durable, stretch crepe, can be mixed and matched easily with items in the collection for endless versatility. Ideal for the busy traveler who needs to look put together in an instant, our collection will support your rise to the top.

We produce the majority of our garments in the USA, which allows us to be fast and nimble. Pre-orders allow us to produce only what we need, and to not contribute to the fashion cycle of over-producing and waste.
